Q. Is there a minimum order requirement?
A. Yes there are minimums associated with packaging on our products but unlike some of our competitors, we do not have a minimum order amount. You can order one roll of material from INDUSTRIALWEBBING.COM.
Q. How quickly can you ship my order?
A. We carry a large inventory of the items for sale on-line and most orders ship the same day. If an item is out of stock we will notify you via phone or email with an approximate ship date. Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge. Expedited orders must be placed by 3:30 PM EST. to be shipped the same day. We also offer free ground shipping to anywhere in the contiguous US on all Internet orders of $150.00 or more.
Q. What is your Free Shipping Policy?
A. We offer free ground shipping to anywhere in the contiguous US on all Internet orders of $150.00 or more.Orders must be placed online to receive free shipping. Orders that are placed via phone, fax or email are not included in our free shipping promotion.
Q. How do you calculate shipping charges?
A. The shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery rates of UPS. Estimated charges are applied during the check out process. The actual charges are applied at time of shipping.
Q. Are expedited shipments covered by the free shipping policy?
A. Expedited shipments do not apply to the free shipping policy.
Q. Does free shipping apply to all the items sold online?
A. Our VELTEX display fabric & Apron ties are not included in the free shipping promotion. Freight charges vary greatly on these item's and the actual charges will be applied at the time of shipping. Free shipping does not apply to special order items that are not available for purchase online, or for custom cutting orders.
Q. What happens if I order the wrong material?
A. Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the freight charges on any returns or exchanges. If you are returning an incorrectly ordered item, you must call 800-635-5252 for a return authorization number. A 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from your credit.
Special orders and cut orders are not returnable.
Q. What forms of payment are accepted?
A. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover. Additionally, personal checks are accepted, and the merchandise will ship when the check has cleared.
